The first type is for people who are healthy and the second type is for people who are already affected by disease. If the sick people do a particular diet, then the disease will not develop and strength the body will be freed from disease.

1. Discipline in regulating diet
2. Regular exercise
3. Consumption of healthy snacks
4. Always add the vegetables in each meal
5. Avoid fried foods
6. Drink plenty of water
7. Enough sleep
8. Do not forget to eat breakfast
9. Avoid fast food

from now change your lifestyle into a healthy lifestyle, because the results are not just for today but also for the long term in the future.
